Hungarian Palacsinta pronounced (pal-lah-chin-ta) are thin, crepe-like Hungarian pancakes. Extremely popular in Hungary; palacsinta are served with a variety of fillings including fruit jam, chocolate sauce, hazelnut cream, sour cream, ricotta cheese, sweet cottage cheese; finished with powdered sugar, fresh home made whipped cream. My Hungarian mother, and grandmother always made this for us when we were kids, have you ever had Palacsinta?
