Orders are not sent automatically. Please check your Orders page (click Rewards, then Orders) for details. Orders are processed by Your Digital Reward, and you will receive an email from noreply@yourdigitalreward.com. If you haven’t received your order after processing, please check your junk/spam folder.
If you still haven’t received it after the confirmation email, contact support@tellwut.com. Please note that cards are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Once you receive the email, you can choose between an e-card or a physical card sent to the mailing address on your account. Shipping times vary by location, but cards typically arrive within 2 weeks. There is no shipping charge for online orders, but a fee may apply if you contact customer support. Visa cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
The Visa Virtual Account can be redeemed at every Internet, mail order, and telephone merchant everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States. 6-month expiration.
