Jimmy Carter - born October 1, 1924 (age 99). Carter was the 39th President of the United States from January 20, 1977 to January 20, 1981. He was the Governor of Georgia from January 12, 1971 to January 14, 1975. He was diagnosed with brain cancer in August 2015. After undergoing treatment that included targeted radiation, the former president announced he was cancer-free in early December 2015.
