Robert Palmer (1949-2003) was an English singer songwriter known for his elegant style in Rock & Pop music. After his son William died of a drug overdose, Robert opened a discussion on opioid abuse. Robert died young at the age of 54 of a heart attack. He's survived by a son & daughter. His son Jim is a musician.
