Freddy is a Canadian rock singer who was the frontman for the band "Sheriff" and then the frontman for "Alias". Sheriff released the song "When I'm With You" in 1983 and was a top 10 hit in Canada and was re-released in 1989 and hit #1 in the USA. Guinness World Records lists "When I'm With You" as having the longest-held vocal note in a US hit single which features a note timed at 19.3 seconds by lead singer Freddy Curci.
