Results: To beard, or not to beard?
Published on 07/31/2024
It has been over 12 years since I started growing a beard and during this time I think I've only shaved it off completely a couple times and only for a short amount of time. My (now) wife met me the first time with a beard and has never seen me without one ever. And now for the survey...

I've made the mistake of trying to trim my beard the other day without being fully awake. And I messed it up so bad, I had the choice between moustache, goatee or clean shave. I opted for a clean shave to make it easier on skincare. My wife (who's seen me beardless for the first time), partially joking, said never to do this again: I'd be risking divorce. I look like a kid now so for her it just feels wrong. Have you ever been shocked at someone's "transformation" strictly based on how they style their face? Yes

Not in real life, but I've seen some funny videos online about kids crying when their dad shaved.
