The questions below are about a concept of which I was aware but only recently discovered the word for it. And, to be on the safe side of the admins, this is a rare poll by me NOT suplemented by videos!

Admin note: We added a video to the first question so members can see an example. In the video, a woman is covered by sushi, but the content remains PG.

Sorry, kind of, for restating this survey's title, but nyotaimori is the praticve of eating sushi (see the difference between sushi and sashimi,. two terms in Japanese cuisine that are sometimes confused, here: https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/cooking-tips-tutorials/a35483741/sushi-vs-sashimi/) from a human body. Nyotaimori can also refer specifically to the act of eating sushi from a woman's body, while doing so from a man's body is called nantaimori. Regardless of whether you knew the Japanese words for it, had you previouslty known of this practice?

According to this article--https://medium.com/@zonitaponita123/nyotaimori-naked-sushi-tradition-art-and-controversy-f7fac6c5abab--this dining practice originated among sammurai warriors as a means of celebrating victories in a lavish way symbolizing power and luxury. It's become an experience said by its proponents to celebrate the human form and make for an aesthetically-pleasing display of sushi (which isn't placed directly on a model's skin, but with a leaf or something else placed between the food and the flesh, with the latter's private areas obscured). But, even if a model is willing-- and paid!-- to be, essentially, a human serving tray, do you find the practice exploitative and/or objectifying of the models, a position advanced by opponents of nyotaimori?

With the understanding that nyotaimori diners pick up pieces of sushi and condiments with chopsticks--so, there's no gettig handsy with the model--would you rather experience it as an eater of it or model for it (for the latter, let's pretend all of us are height/weight proprtionate and possessed of toned bodies on which others others would like to see seafood/vegetables/rice/seaweed morsels placed thereupon!, OK?)?

Some of you may have answered Neither to the previous question because you don't like eating sushi or would rather not try it. Before thinking of writing a poll about nyotaimori, I'd wondered what could be a suitable sushi substitute for a less specifically Asian experience. My suggestion? Charcuterie! Even then, it could have a fish component if smoked salmon were included among the cold cuts, crackers, fruit, vegetables, candy, etc. And chopsticks could be traded out for tongs. If you previously objected to eating from and/or modeling for nyotaimori, would this menu adjustment make you more inclined to either eat and/or pose for nyotaimori?

Speaking of traditinal nyotaimori again, there's at least one company offering it commercially in the United States. There may be many more, but a quick internet search revealed a busiess in Las Vegas--here's its website: https://nyotaimorinakedsushi.com/--that offers both nyjotaimori and nantaimori for a minumim of four and up to 20 guests, with vegetatian options and geisha attendants availlable, depending on the option, for anywhere from $199-599 per person on an outcall basis. Were money no object, would you organize for for yourself and at least three friends a nyotaimori experience (for fun, let's say charcuterie, even of a vegetatrian or vegan type, is an option for the same price range or less)?
