We just took a quick overnight trip to Fargo, ND (beautiful city) for some cross border shopping. I had only been in one other SCHEELS before and was underwhelmed. But the one in Fargo was awesome. What a variety of shopping options, from Toys and Candies to Guns and Kayaks. There was even a bowling alley and a Ferris Wheel. This is the type of department store I vaguely remember as a kid, but remember more from seeing them in movies. Have you been to SCHEELS? Did you know it was employee owned?

Based on the info I found, the U.S. has the most employee owned companies? At least 81 that I found. Canada seems to have six. Does that make the U.S. a socialists paradise? Have you heard of any of these employee owned companies?
