We will still be sending e-card rewards (with the exception of any days we are not open so we can make sure everything runs smoothly), however, our physical gift card supplier will be closed until Jan 6. 3. As humans, the admins and support staff at Tellwut can occasionally make mistakes, just like anyone else. If you notice an error—such as a survey not being live when it should be, one of the 12 Days of Tellwut surveys closing early, we gave you the wrong amount of points when you wrote in about a survey, or anything similar—please don't hesitate to let us know! It's never on purpose and we will get it resolved as soon as we can. While it's not your responsibility, we truly appreciate it when members bring oversights to our attention, and we'll work to fix them right away. Please note that we don't always review comments on surveys, so leaving a comment about an issue may not get it resolved. Reaching out directly ensures we can address it promptly. 4. With the season comes holiday spirit, and we want to keep things festive and positive. There won't be any political surveys live from Dec 24 until Jan 1. However, we've noticed some members leaving rude comments on non-political surveys. We kindly ask everyone to refrain from making rude remarks, mocking other members, or being unkind in general. This goes against the Tellwut spirit, which is all about debating opinions respectfully. If you don't get along with someone or find their comments bothersome, we encourage you to use the block feature. If a survey isn't to your liking, simply click 'Next Poll' at the top to skip it. Let's all work together to make Tellwut a more positive and welcoming place as we head into 2025. Do you agree?
5. It's the holiday season, which means many companies are operating on reduced schedules, and fewer surveys may be available. We can only provide surveys that are live from our suppliers, so if you're noticing fewer surveys than usual, we appreciate your understanding. Are you planning to still try to complete surveys over the holidays?
6. Thank you to all our members who have been creating surveys! We, along with the rest of the community, truly appreciate your contributions. Since mentioning that we had fewer surveys to review, you've stepped up, and we're now back to our usual 80+ pending surveys. There have been so many fun topics and great discussions! Just a reminder: it typically takes about a week for us to review a survey. While we try to prioritize and scan for anything time-sensitive, we might occasionally miss one. If you have a survey that needs urgent attention, please let us know, and we'll make sure to review it promptly. Do you plan on creating any surveys during the holidays?
7. And finally, a big thank you to all our members—for simply being part of our community! The past two years have been a wild ride, from the February 2023 launch of our new site, to revamping the comment section in October 2023 with comment replies and up/down votes, to introducing Streaks and Sweepstakes in 2024—and there's much more to come! We know we can't make everyone happy all the time, but we're always trying our best. Your kind words and support mean the world to us and keep us motivated!
