I watched this UFO "documentary" I can't remember the name so i can't find it, but in it they supposedly interviewed Wernher von Braun's secretary and she told a story about him telling her how the government would create a succession of fear-based narratives, rogue, states, incoming asteroids threats that would eventually end with a fabricated E.T. menace that would be used to justify a global militarization and concentrated authority. Have you seen this UFO doc? Have you heard this story?
