The topic of a new course at Mansfield , OH Senior High School is one that teenagers across the country are having trouble with: How to Get to Sleep. Sleep training is no longer just for newborns. Some schools are taking it upon themselves to teach teenagers how to get a good night's sleep. Do you agree there should be a course to help students learn how to sleep better?
