Do you ever eat any products containing gelatin? Before you say "no," some examples of food containing gelatin include marshmallows, jello, gummy bears, Pop Tarts with frosting, Mini-Wheats, Skittles, cream cheese, many yogurts, Hostess brand snack cakes, sour cream, icing, frosting, Green Giant frozen vegetables, junior mints and other food items. Capsules are also made with gelatin.
