Results: Do you have a concern (privacy or other) with the use of the palm scan reader in any of the following?
Published on 10/08/2012
A few elementary schools in the US have started using palm vein scanners in the lunchroom to identify children purchasing lunches and speed up the processing allowing children more time to eat. Some hospitals use this technology to allow doctors to track previous patient treatments. Universities in Canada have used these readers to validate students writing GMATs; however this was disallowed for privacy reasons.

- hard to find info in the lead-up to the festival on bands & delegates.
- mentor cafe was excellent. a number of no-shows really sucked. the ones who showed up were awesome.
- wasn't told could share music at linda perry workshop. a member of the security was disrespectful.
