Americans can frustrate me at times. From what I have observed, Americans are more "bottom line" people and are less focused on what it takes to get there. They have a loosely defined "American Dream" that seems to require an addiction to money to achieve it. They know what they want, they want to pay as little as possible to get it, and they want it NOW. This makes the US the economic powerhouse we see on TV and in movies. Here are some facts about the US that even Americans might not know.
