Results: Guinness World Records: Biggest Taco

(1999) The world's largest Taco measured 15 feet long by 29 inches wide and weighed 747 lbs, constructed at the 2nd Annual Houston Taco Festival on 5 May 1999, in Houston Texas, USA. LA TAPATIA. 20 Employees were involved in the preparation of this huge Taco they worked proximally 16 hours from pilling of the skin cutting of fat from beef skirt ( Fajita) Marinating ,then Grilling ,slicing ,chopping of so we could serve individually 2 Tacos per Person. out the 745 Lb Fajitas we made about 5000 regular size TACOS ,more than 2000 People showup to see and taste some of that Big Taco , all of this was served at the Dream poll in front of Houston City Hall Downtown.
